Presto expands its services in the dangerous goods category in Finland by acquiring Suomen Turvaprojektit Oy (STP). This acquisition brings new capabilities in security inspection training, DGR training, and testing.

Founded in 1994, STP has a rich history in security training and services, particularly for airports and other high-security environments. Panu Häikiö, leader of STP, is enthusiastic about joining the Presto family and says, “Our solutions and team now have a natural home at Presto, allowing us to grow even stronger.”

“A warm welcome to our new colleagues,” says Jari Kortelainen, Presto Finland’s M&A Director. “Their expertise will significantly enhance our offerings in security training and inspections.”

From September 1, 2024, STP’s business operations will be integrated into Presto’s Dangerous Goods & Security division. The entire STP staff will join Presto Finland, ensuring a seamless transition for all customers.

A warm welcome to our new colleagues
